In recent years the need for building physical strength and maintaining or enhancing health in all age groups, from children to adults, has been publicized. However, theories have not been constructed for the series of activities involving surveys, measurements and feedback on results in the actual places where health and physical strength are developed. The author, using a simple health creation feedback model (Tanaka et al., 2013) that applies the logistics theory that is at the core of the distribution system, implemented activities to develop physical strength in children with coordination between a research institution and local childcare centers. Based on those activities, this study conducted an examination from the perspective of improving the productivity of this system. Here we report a process analysis conducted in a series of activities related to the analysis of collected data and feedback on assessment and measurement results.
