When the driver of the car for business causes an accident for poor physical condition due to long working hours and fatigue, human life is robbed of it, and an obstacle may be connected for a staying casualty to a body.. Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare establishes it about prohibition of consecutive driving, the limit of on-duty hours, the securing of break strictly about the working hours of the professional driver. About the working hours of the driver of the large truck in particular, it is established by data of the record to an octopus chart paper attached to an instrument for service records carried by a truck called the tachograph or the digital tachograph to manage it. However, we need time and trouble to perform count of this recorded information every driver.
In this study, I considered a method to manage the working hours according to a change by Microsoft Excel for efficiency of the management in the working hours of the driver and applied it to the service management of the truck driver. As a result, it was effective for the driver who could operate the Excel file on the tablet, but training to read the time according to the change from octopus chart reached the conclusion with the need when an office worker input the file of the driver who could not operate it.
