As part of the recent junior high school curriculum revision, an initial outline has been developed. One of the main areas of amendment was the change from a four-point skill set (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) to five. Within the new skill set, speaking has been divided into two specific categories: interaction and presentation. In this report, we will be focusing on developing classes with an emphasis on interaction, assessing results through student surveys, and providing general guidelines for future lesson planning. Our results showed that the Q&A Bingo activity was greatly successful in promoting interaction between students but was unable to maintain its novelty with continued use. Therefore, a more diverse set of activities will be required.
