Recently, the introduction of a highly developed processing method that COD and nitrogen and phosphorus can be removed has come to be requested as an eutrophication measures. Then, this research advanced the experiment by thinking that three elements of the flow of the current in dissolution of the iron ion which used the iron electrode for the effect of the living thing processing and the electrode in water, electric decomposition, and the revitalization dirt influenced processing by introducing a past electric decomposition process into the revitalization dirt processing system, and adopting the system which newly rotated the electrode. The effect of the removal and, in addition, the effect of the removal COD of phosphorus was achieved by dissolving the effect of control, the effect of cohesion, and the iron of string fungi.
