Abstract

This study examines renewal plan at office buildings. It is purpose of this paper to propose method of judging the renewal time of facilities. We study method of judging the renewal time on the basis of building managerial records with the investigation of the past study, the judging technique actually used, the situation of the existing construction, and the factor of renewal.
