Abstract
The thermal environment in the kitchen becomes a very important evaluation factor for the comfort of the worker who works in a commercial kitchen. Then, the influence that the difference of the method of the charging air in the kitchen and the difference of the amount of ventilation gave to the thermal environment in the commercial kitchen was measured. As a result, air-conditioning by using outside air found the possibility that the thermal environment becomes comfortable.
