Continuous efforts on energy conservation through daily operation are required to be an environmental conscious office building. The monitoring system and system simulation of the building facility system are useful for evaluation. In this paper, new environmental conscious technologies and monitoring system are explained in detail. And the comparative evaluations between results of the simulation and measurement are carried out.
