Recently, there are many open spaces with water in a building for relaxing people. In that case, Ordinary, air-conditioning systems have been designed strongly for avoiding a dew on a wall. We proposed that those have been designed ecology, if evaporated water will decrease or condensed water will increase by getting down a water temperature. So that, some kinds of subject, such as the optimization of the set up temperature of the water, the environment made by the cool running water, and so on will be needed to solve by using some numerical simulation.
