This study describes analyses on characteristics of Underground Thermal Energy by using digital national land information .We made maps that show the distribution of underground characteristics in Sapporo by using a Geographic Information System (GIS) and hydrogeological information, and evaluations were carried out on the feasibility of Underground Thermal Energy.
