Many buildings with various energy saving technologies are currently introduced due to global environmental concerns. The new Waseda Research Park Communication Center is equipped with building control system with a Life Cycle Management (LCM) unit. This LCM unit monitors the actual effect of energy saving technologies of the building, enabling rational and optimal operation and maintenance. This report provides an outline of the facility and its energy consumption configuration.
