Abstract
Global warming is progressing with increase of CO_2 emissions in recent years, and the consciousness to energy saving has also been increasing. Especially CO_2 emission from construction-related sectors was estimated to occupy about one third of the whole, and energy saving in a building has been an important subject. Under such a background, for the public-offices building of various uses, the investigations into the actual conditions of energy use were conducted and the remedy is proposed in this study. In this paper, the system performance and the indoor environment were investigated and reported.
