I-13 The air-conditioning method in summer and the actual conditions of use, in the building of 'Hokkaido northern regional building research institute'

Abstract

In the building of 'Hokkaido northern regional building research institute', some methods are combined for control of indoor thermal environment in summer. The methods are followings. 1:Air cooling used Ice made by cold open air in winter.and snow. 2:Sun shade. 3:Natural draft in daytime. 4:Night purge-ventilation at nighttime. And permissible indoor thermal environment is realized with small energy consumption(17[MJ/m^2・a]), in this building.
