Abstract
For developing an autonomous housing system, it is essential to evaluate the performance of energy consuming appliances and resource recycling systems in a status where they are actually operated in the house. By using two mock-up rooms of multiple-family residence, one with a conventional system and the other with a higher energy saving capability, the authors conducted comparative study to verify the effectiveness of energy saving techniques and systems. This paper shows experiment result of energy consumption for hot water supplying.
