Abstract
The new bathtub for a prefabricated bathroom having the extra-good heat insulation capacity is recently released. In order to evaluate the performance of this new bathtub, the measurements of the heat insulation capacity between the new bathtub and a standard bathtub is compared. The data of them are experimentally measured both under laboratory conditions and under real use conditions. The thermal insulation performance of the bathroom in a general house is also reported on the basis of the measurements of the thermal loss coefficients about the two bathrooms which have the former two bathtub in each of them.
