抄録
Continuous efforts on energy conservation through daily operation are required to be an environmental conscious office building. The monitoring system and system simulation of the building facility system are useful for evaluation. In this paper, new energy conservation monitoring system is explained in detail. And assessment results by Comprehensive Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency are also mentioned.
