Abstract
Semi volatile organic compounds (SVOC) are low volatility, so the glass plate method was developed to measure SVOC contamination level in stead of air concentration. This paper reports the experiment on the SVOC measurements method and the field survey. The experiments were conducted to compare the amount of SVOC absorption between glass plate and silicon wafer and to confirm the influence of the measurement time. The amount of SVOC absorption was grater with glass plate than that with silicon wafer. Secondly, the measurement of the amount of SVOC absorption and the aerial density of SVOC were conducted at a residence.
