Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate performance of the active insulation window. The device utilizes multi-air spaces composed of shoji paper. In this paper, it reports on the transmission of light, and on the temperature difference in device when the evaluation of ventilation performance. In the amount of the ventilation, it was strongly influenced by external wind. It was observed that the temperatures difference ventilation was done by device inside and outside temperatures difference as for time without shooting on the day. It was shown that there was high insulation efficiency by ventilation depending on the exhaust heat.
