The winter survey result of the ceiling radiant air conditioning system which installed to a library is reported. The indoor thermal environment by the radiant panel was very stable with the synergistic effect by the high thermal storage performance of the concrete slab. The temperature of the floor surface was rised by the radiant panel. The valve of MRT at the radiation panel operating term was 1.0℃ higher than the valve at the stop term.
