The outline of the planning of architecture and WE at hospital in cold district by introducing external thermal insulation walls, and the operation situation was shown. The energy consumption was investigated during year. The transition of the energy consumed during a day in summer and the middle period and winter and the transitions of the energy consumed according to the usage were shown.
