抄録
This is a report of BEMS(Building Energy Management System), and it's introductory example. Measurement, operation, and management of energy are needed with the legal revision about energy conservation. Moreover, by having duty of carrying out a periodical report and a midium and longterm plan, introduction of BEMS is needed.
