A low storey building adopted Double-skin facade which reduce the energy consumption as an environmentally sustainable building. Double-skin facade advantages are rendering the occupant unconscious of the building's confinement and maximum utilization of natural lighting. Under Japanese climate, the double-skin glass is required to satisfy various ctions such as the discharge of heated air between the glasses in the summer, the thermal insulation in the winter and the natural ventilation in spring and autumn. In this study, we report the thermal performance of Double-skin glass by the field measurement.
