In this study, I analyze amount of energy in construction / use / maintenance of a city and examine a city from an aspect of productivity and am for the purpose of investigating a city scale and relevance with an energy consumption of a city. What I keep in DID area of the scale that balanced with a city population scale become important to realize a city with a little energy consumptions
