In recent years, with efforts to realize a sustainable society, longer lasting and higher quality architectural stock is desired for in the architecture field. In these present times, utilization of apartment housing stock is a valid method for realizing a sustainable society. Over the last few years we reviewed sustainability centered on the space for supply of water (bathroom, kitchen, lavatory, washroom, etc.) and the water supply system, but we think that in utilizing of apartment housing stock, the advances in technology and changes in lifestyle have a big influence. In this research, we verified the influence of these changes, from existing data and measurement analysis of the water supply systems in existing Multifamily housing.
