Abstract
In commercial kitchen, large ventilation rate is needed to exhaust combustion gas and contaminant generated by cooking. To use of the ef^<fi> cient kitchen hood is essential from the viewpoint of energy-saving and comfortable working environment. Therefore the purpose of this study is to develop the exhaust hood with high capture ef^<fi> ciency. In this paper, the in^<fl> uence of the baf^<fl> e plate inside the exhaust hood on the capture ef^<fi> ciency was investigated by CFD analysis.
