In order to search for the state of a residence focusing on "people", two experimental houses were built. One is the experimental house built in the artificial climate chamber which can control temperature (from 0 ℃ to 40 ℃), and humidity (from 30%RH to 90%RH). Another is the case study house which built a seasonal change and a change of time on the outdoors where a subject is felt. These two experimental houses are institutions whose energy-saving nature evaluation test which considered building performance measurement (a ventilation rate, C value, Q value), environmental measurement, and comfortable nature evaluation of a subject experiment etc. becomes possible.
