Abstract

A hospital was taken up as a model of the next generation type hospital where the best energy management with the best energy supply system was done, and the outline of the building and the outline of the energy supply system were shown. Moreover, the facility management (FM) in hospital management achieves rational operation of facilities by adopting FM system which is the management tool joined by a hospital network and the Building and Energy Management System (BEMS). Because it is becomes possible by clarifying .of Key Performance Indicator and executing the analysis, and the improvement.
