The pressure of the occurrence of the earthquake under metropolitan area and the ocean-trench-type sever earthquake is pointed lately.So this study's aims at evaluating the seimic risk and seimic performance and examining and planning the earthquake preparedness.This report confirms the necessity of the earthquake preparedness and analyzes the building equipments in resaech building objectively based on the past study and the prediction of damage at the building equipments.
