The CO_2 emissions associated with office buildings are extended rapidly in recent years, thus reduction of CO_2 emissions is urgent and crucial concern. In this study, the authors have developed the long-term estimation method for CO_2 emissions associated with office buildings. However it is also important to consider quality of life in building sector. In this paper, new estimation method to estimate the level of environmental quality for office buildings till 2050 is developed. As a result, there is a possibility to satisfy both of great reduction of CO_2 emissions and improvement of environmental quality for office buildings.
