This Study focuses on the development of a pipe route newly-built that is designed to respond the drain inflows drainage stack in the exclusive space. To be more specific, a new gateway branch pipe system still adopts the conventional gravity drainage system while incorporating a force drainage system using a pressure pump .The equivalent constant flow of the system had been explored in the study which depend on the variation of water seal or the pressure flow more and moreover the result will be used to determine the applicable height.
