Total power and heat efficiency is one of the efficiency indices of cogeneration. However, in the numerator of this index, it is pointed out that it is not suitable to add electric power and heat simply. Therefore, the evaluation index which carries out equivalent conversion of the heat energy to the electrical energy is proposed. In the second paper, while proposingTotal power and heat efficiency equivalent to power output as the evaluation index, the trial calculation was made.
