Big energy conservation is expected of the fuel cell. However, the performance of the fuel cell depends on the daily demand of the hot water and electricity used by residents. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the actual performance under various demand of the hot water and electricity as well as to clarify the rated performance under a defined condition. In this paper, the design of the experiment to measure the system efficiency by setting up the fuel cell in an experimental multiple dwelling house and the time series data by the experiment are reported.
