抄録
Recently, BEMS has been spread as a part of the building facilities. By the analysis of BEMS data, we can clarify the actual operating situation of the building facilities, and find the new problems such as energy loss by technical mutual interferences of energy saving systems. To solve these problems and realize further energy saving, we propose "The integration-oriented design and operate" which is new general idea.
