To develop a simple calculation tool of air flow rate, the calculation process without using a iteration is proposed. The calculation of the real house model with mechanical air supply and exhaust system is tried. The process is formed by substitution single opening/potential for multi openings/potentials based on Taylor expansion. In the results of the calculating, the air flow rates using the calculation process are according with air flow balance equations.
