抄録

The purpose of this study is to suggest the commercial kitchen which has comfortable working environment. This kitchen is required saving energy and money. In this paper, in order to distill the problem of kitchen, we measured temperature and humidity. And we target the commercial kitchen which is combined gas and electric cooking equipment. We propose the reduction of ventilation and comfortable working environment.
