Although energy consumption of households has been studied and researched by various sectors concerned, there are few comprehensive research examples on changing factors of the energy consumption such as cooking consciousnesses, behaviors (frequency, menu, quantity, cooking methods, etc.), cooking stove, cooking pan, cooking appliance. This research paper reports the results of field measurements on actual condition of the energy consumption of cooking stove at 20 actual households.
