抄録
Due to the redevelopment plan, a demolition and new construction of the "Kyobashi 1 / 2-Chome DHC (District Heating and Cooling) Plant" has been examined. This paper summarizes outline of the temporary relocation work for the DHC and describes the optimization study for the DHC design on continuous assessment to fulfill the requirement of the newly installed DHC system serving to the redevelopment area.
