Nowadays, the number of people need to be cared in special nursing home are increasing by falling birthrate and aging population. But there are few researches about thermal environment and productivity in a facility. So the purpose of this study is to measure thermal environment and effect on productivity. Therefore, we measured and conducted questionnaire survey at the special nursing home for the aged that is introduced of radiant cooling and heating system.
