SPREEM-UD is an energy simulation program intend to the city blocks and the districts. This program will be used at the project stages in order to understand the overall trend concerning energy supply and demand. It have been reported on the development situation etc. of SPREEM-UD by existing papers. In this paper, we report the results of case studies of energy-saving effect by constructing a smart energy network in the existing model district including seven DHC plants.
