Methods for calculating crawlspace heat loss insulated on foundation walls was studied by taking time lag of heat transfer through ground into account. 1) Coefficient of heat loss was calculated by applying three dimensional heat transfer program, and recurrence prediction expression was obtained by the multiple regression analysis. 2) Recurrence prediction expression of the equivalent diameter was obtained in order to study by two dimensional heat transfer program. 3) Daily effective temperature difference was calculated by two dimensional heat transfer program, and recurrence prediction expression of the effective design temperature difference was obtained by the multiple regression analysis.
