In this paper, the thermal environment of commercial kitchen is represented by CFD. CFD model was vilified comparing the data of filed measurement and CFD results. Especially the method for modeling of cooking equipment was introduced by simplified shape and giving proper heat rate according to each cooking equipment. Consequently the validation was confirmed and I was able to confirm that the CFD model introduce in this paper was a proper model which was effective for promoting the thermal environment and energy saving.
