Maintenance questionnaire for HVAC equipments in actual buildings were carried out and reported the result in the previous annual meeting in 2007. This paper reports the result of maintenance questionnaire for building's plumbing and sanitary equipments(abbr.PSE) in actual buildings as a subsequent activity. The result is not statistically shown like HVAC Result because maintenance records of PSE are not kept properly and plenty like the records of HVAC equipments. One of the major reasons of the insufficient data stock is that most PSEs are repaired by in-house maintenance staff without expenditure. For future study manufacturing data and publicized documents should be effectively taken into account.
