A decrease in all negative environmental impacts caused by various activities in the university campus is being demanded by the society. The present study has aimed to propose the proposal and the action of the negative environmental impact decrease technique in the university campus. In the first report, it reports on the approach case with environmental conservation activities and the outline of the energy consumption realities grasp.
