This paper describes about the smart energy network oriented to utilize renewable energy and reduce CO2 emission of the whole area with thermal, electrical and information network based on the existing DHC. It also introduces the 2nd DHC system in Tamachi Station North-east District planned to realize the concept of the smart energy network.
