A subject experiment is carried out for improving the accuracy of the prediction model OTn for the local thermal sensation with thermo-regulation model JOS2. The skin temperature distribution, skin wetness, thermal sensation and thermal comfort votes are obtained at hot and cold conditions. The accuracy of the thermo-regulation model JOS2 is also confirmed by comparing the results of the subject experiments.
