We have connected Smart Toilet to BEMS by using BACnet. In this system, it is possible to monitor and analyze the toilet equipment data. And, by analyzing this data, we have discovered some behavioral trends of toilet users. In this research paper, we will discuss the system configuration when BEMS is connected to Smart Toilet as well the analytical results of the gathered data.
