This paper describes about the smart energy network oriented to utilize renewable energy and reduce CO2 emission of the whole area with thermal, electrical and information network based on the existing DHC. The 1st SEC(DHC) system in Tamachi Station North-east District was started energy supply and area management control. So we consider about an energy consumption of SEC.
