From anti-aging point of view, we have investigated influences to quality of sleep, skin condition including moisture degree and texture, and blood pressure of the middle-aged generation with using a moisture keeping machine around his/her head at night in winter. Skin moisture degree was analyzed by 2D and 3D pictures of skin.
