地域性を考慮した事務所建築の設計基準及び地域補正係数の検討

　The spread of energy saving buildings is desired in recent years. Also, it is necessary to improve quality of buildings energy saving buildings. In this study, we suggest design standard using performance code in office buildings considering locality based on design of experiments, and study the Influence of each design factor on the load of buildings. Also, we study standard city considering regional characteristics and suggest regional correction coefficient considering locality.
