都市の省エネルギー化と低炭素化に関する研究　（第1報）東京都23区における自立分散型電源導入ポテンシャルに関する分析

This research is aim to study the energy conservation and low carbon potential of CGS in urban area. In part 1, we firstly introduce the background, objective and methodology of the research. Then we take 23 districts of Tokyo as case study and figure out the potential area for CGS introduction.
