In this study, the original schedule of occupant behavior at time of power outage was first provided citing disaster investigation reports, and the energy consumption was calculated. This paper describes the proposal of the occupant behavior in case of bad weather and small storage battery. And the effect of the proposed occupant behavior on thermal comfort is evaluated.
